You will have to have them drill an access port right near your temple..you'll have to ask..but it might come free with every eyeball piercing

Where did you get the ideal of piercing your eyeball? I think what you wanted to ask was about your eyelid. And if so, then it depends on the type of earring that you are selecting as some of them have two holes in the piercing while others have only one. The ones with only one don't require a back to them. Good Luck!!!

They make Eye-Rings made for the Eye. They use a special button you hold in that retracts two small "Barbs". Then when you have it in, release the button and it stay. Remember to press the button to remove the Eye-Ring or you will pull your Eyeball out.

you can't get your eyeball pierced but you can have surgical steel jewelry implanted in your eye. I saw someone with a silver star implanted in there eye once it kinda freaked me out.
