I looked everywhere on the package, and I didn't see any warning label!!! How was I supposed to know this thing would cut me?!?
My facing is bleeding, and I want compensation!!!!!!!!!
Oh BTW, this is my idea, so you better not try to steal it!!!! Or I will sue you too!!!!!

Lol, Americans, you're so obsessed with sueing people. Land of the lawsuit! In Britain you wouldn't be able to sue unless it affected you in a way in which you'd lose money by not being able to work. I'm sure a shaving cut wouldn't do that lol.

Ha ha. That reminds me of the lady who spilled a McDonald's coffee in her lap and then sued the restaurant for not having a warning label saying the coffee was HOT! It's amazing what people will try to get away with.

Thats a question you should really be asking a lawyer. Its been my experience in the past that even when I had a solid case I couldnt get anyone to take it short of holding a gun to their head. Unfortunately, since theyre a lawyer thats not a swell idea.

Just because they sold you a razor doesn't mean you have to take it out of the package and attempt to use it.You could leave it in the package and worship it's design.
You make the decision to use it.It's your own fault if you use it and cut yourself.

Apples, peanut butter,white bread all have caused people to choke, there are no warning labels on those either. Sometimes, we just have to use pure ole common sense.
