I agree with you. Sex is way overrated.
But since there are so many people out there who make a living out of this, I don't think the situation will ever change.

I wouldn't say its over rated, just how much emphasis ppl reallly put on it all the time. I mean I know some ppl like myself could careless about sex. And then I have other friends that need to do it all the time because they are oh so horny. But I just think its the only way ppl can connect to someone else without having to talk about feelings and emotions. Just connect the most primal and natural way two ppl can.

The media talks about things like 'having a healthy sex life...'. Personally I don't have 'a sex life'. I just do it when my gf and I feel comfortable with it, and it's cool.
I do think it is an important part of a relationship and it brings people together.
And as a guy, you know, the longer you go without, the less overrated it seems...

It is. I've had some freaky sexual experiences in my life and been 'friends with benefits' with a couple of women for several years. When you really get down to it, you can do with your own hand almost whatever you need someone else for. Love is more important than sex.
