Is 1st Class in BE degree(in India) is required for the admission of MS Degree in US/Canadian Universities?

Class in B.E. (in India) is immaterial you have to pass G.R.E conducted by USA.-800 marks for English--800 marks for Mathematics -800 marks for aptitude=total 2400 marks if you score more than 2200 you may get admission for M.S.in good University with scholarship-if you score 1600 or less -you may get admission in some III rate University but you have to spent about Rs.20 -25 lakhs from your pocket-ssrvj
