Buy a tuner car:

Mitsubishi Evo 9
Nissan Skyline GTR
Subaru Impreza

They are lighter than American cars and look great with a custom paint job. All three are four-wheel drive models and handle better than the Dodge Viper or Ford Mustang. In fact the Mustang and Viper are a bit of joke outside the US.

If you don't want to go Japanese, Porsche has some nice models, too, or the BMW 'M' division.

For something more unusual and really pricey, there's Aston Martin...

If money is not an object to you, buy the Bugatti Veyron, has a 1000 horsepower W16 engine, four tubochargers, four-wheel drive, silk and leather interior, It even had a 2nd ignition key called the V-max, which will make the car even faster, also has the Michelin PAX tyres (run-flat) on all four. Hey, it is one of the most expensive ones (at a price tag of $1.5 million dollars and one million euros in the UK, where can you go wrong?).

At $3.50/gal, the one that gets the best millage!

But then if I had enough to buy a very cool sports car I probably won't care as much.

Anyway, despite the poor fuel efficiency, I like Ford Mustangs. I just wish they would come out with a new model but mimic the body style of the classics more. Today's mustangs are just not as distinctive.

yeah Scott has the right idea the Porsha is good and lightning quick. I happened to drive one becuse II work for a car lot and we got one on trade. Super fast!!! United I think that Mazda stoped makeing the Miata in the late 90's. I am not postive though.

If money is not the issue, get the Lexus SC430 or the Chrysler Crossfire. Make sure you don't have to sit on the ground to drive one. If you just want to look sporty at a easy to swallow price, get the Mazda Miata in red with windscreen and custom wheels.

McLaren F1
If you can find a used one (only 100 were made), you can expect to spend > $2,000,000 for it
