I had a miscarraige in late June during my first month of pregnancy, in which I experienced severe cramping and then mild bleeding. In July my period came on the 13th instead of the 10th. I' ve had unprotected sex with my male-friend since then. A couple of weeks ago I awoke not feeling well, and so later on in the day after I ate lunch I only had one session of vomiting at that particular moment. I haven't gotten sick again since then. My period didn't arrive on the 13th this month. I tried taking a home pregnancy test, in which I took at 1 something in the morning yesterday. It showed negative results. I had another one done after 4:00pm yesterday, which also was negative. However, I don't count the one from the afternoon, since it's recommended that you take the test in the morning to get the best results. When I returned home I started to experience some bleeding which is much less than when I'm on my period, but no cramping. I am confused right now of what's going on with my body.

Well, this is a tough one to call. After my miscarriages, I had abnormal cycle issues, although many women do not. If you do not have cramping, I would say it isn't a miscarriage-even early miscarriages cause cramping. So, it could be a light period. If it lasted less than a day and was very light, it could be some implantation or early pregnancy bleeding or maybe you are just getting a period. You should probably call the doctor tomorrow.

False negatives are more common than false positives. Get a blood test or let nature take it course. It used to be that pregnancy tests were not done until you had missed one period and the second was late.....its not easy to get pregnant and have it stick so what used to be considered a late period was really an early miscarriage. To me thats what it sounds like you are doing....your only a week late a lot of things affect our cycle. You may be going into a period where your cylce will be 31 days as opposed to 28......mine varies from 21 to 30 days.......which is a real pain in the you know what!

It sounds like you didn't give your body enough time to adjust back to mnormal after the miscarriage. I would go see your Dr to make sure that the miscarriage is complete and take some time to let your body heal before trying again.
. go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. My Doctor recommended it to me and after 1 year of trying I got the book. It worked the very next month. It turns out that my timing was wrong due to mis-information. I hope it helps you, too! It's not only about getting pregnant. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

You could be having implantation bleeding,it occurs around the time your period is due,and if you ovulated later then expected then your period would be due later which is very common.Implantation bleeding is much lighter than a period and can last from 2-5 days. You may have tested to early and got a negative, you need to retest over a period of several days.Sometimes it takes longer for hcg to register in your system which will give you a fake negitive.Or you may want to see a dr and have to do a pregnanct test for you.Good luck with everything.

It is a No and yes answer. No, you are not able to have a period. A period is when your body is releasing an unfertilized egg from your physique. If you're pregnant then your body shouldn't be making any new eggs. Thus you are not able to have your interval. Sure, that you may bleed if you end up pregnant, normally across the time you can have had your period. This is due to your hormones being out of whack and one of the vital lining of your uterus will shed.

Yes, you'll bleed while you're pregnant, normally across the time you might have had your interval. It sounds like no matter what you need to see your doctor. Whether this is normal bleeding or a miscarriage is something that really only your doctor can tell you. I would especially go given the recent miscarriage. This bleeding could be related or could be something different. Go see your doctor.

you may be pregnant again, or you may have some tissue remaining from the miscarriage. See a doctor and get it checked out, and get some birth control!!
