Everyone has there top 5 of every postion. We all know how that will fair, but after that it gets foggy. I want to know order of these mid round running backs. Who do take 1-8 # 1 meaning take first. Let me know why on a few. In no particular order, here is my list: The league would be all around, yards & TDs whatever.
1) Frank Gore - SF
2) Chester Taylor - Min
3) Kevin Jones - Det
4) Reggie Bush - NO
5) Cedric Benson - Chi
6) Jamel Lewis - Bal
7) Joesph Addai - Indy
8) Ahman Green - GB
This is a tuff list, but this is what it comes down to in round 4 or 5. This is what will make or break your season

There seems to be a concensus that addai is not gonna be a good back. I think he may take over this year at mid season, but you can never draft a rookie to rely on. I don't care who he is. You can have reggie Bush early. I think he will be drafted way early in ever draft.

jamal lewis- if he stays healthy, he will be his old self. 1500 yds maybe? anderson might get goalline carries.
kevin jones- having a decent #1 rb as a backup , go for it
joesph addai- will get the starting job, and i think he will have a decent season, 1,000+ yds maybe?
reggie bush- unless deuce gets injured, these two will split carries.
ahman green- see jamal lewis
cedric benson- if he is the starter, thomas jones might get the goalline carries
these 2 guys are still ????
chester taylor-
frank gore-

#1 Reggie Bush) He has the big play possibility and the speed and hands to make it in the NFL look for him to get 950 yds on the ground 400 rec and 10 total TDs thats pretty solid
#2 Chester Taylor) He is going to be the main man in Vike town and they have a pretty solid O-line and are known to produce on the ground.
#3 Jamal Lewis) He still has the skill to put up 1,200 yds and 10 tds as the main man in Balt.
#4 Kevin Jones) Could be a break out year but be wary Brian Calhoun may take his spot in a few weeks or at least touches.
#5 Ahman Green) If the pack is as good as they hope they will need a running game and Green is who they are looking for to do it.
#6 Frank Gore) Looking pretty good in the preseason.
#7 Cedric Benson/ Joesph Addai/ Fred Taylor/ Dominic Rhodes/J Jones/ R Droughns/ T Jones......All these guys ( especially the last 6) have a shot at going 1,000 yds 8 tds and are totally worth picking in the 4th-7th round of your draft if they are still around, because RB is where you make or break your fantasy team.

1. Kevin Jones (only player here that isnt splitting carries and new offence cordinator mike martz or whatever will include him in the passing game)
2 Frank Gore- probly goin to start and likely to have a break out year
3. Reggie Bush- 3rd down back, especially if u get awarded for receptions..might even beat mcallister for starting job
4. Chester Taylor
5. Jamal Lewis
6. Cedric Benson- cant stay healthy and jones really deserves the starting job and probly will end up getting it eventually
7. Ahman Green
8. Joespeh Addai

Chester Taylor
he will recweive a 90% of the carries in Minnesota who is looking to really run the ball. He will have a great line and the best full back in football to get him some nice holes to run through.
I doubt Bush, Jones, and Lewis will last into the 4-5 rounds anyway. Green is coming off a serious injury and will share carries with numerous other backs. Addai will split with Rhodes in a throwing offense. Gore will be on a bad team with a bad line that will be playing from behind most of the time meaning they will be throwing the ball mostly to catch up to what ever team they are loosing to. Benson will share carries with Jones.
