Keep listening to GIRLS ONLY and you will probably be making one mistake after another. Learn to listen to the males in your life. Some of them just might clue you in on what mistakes you might be making.
Life is not a game. And you just might have less control over what you do than you think you have.

What does he mean by a mistake? that he doesn't really love you in the first place? or that the 2 years you spent together meant nothing to him?
If he had the nerve to tell you that, he's a total JERK! he doesn't deserve you at all. Make him realize that being with him for a period of 2 years was such a waste of time. You could have met other men, more worthy than him.

Did you ask him why he thinks that? People don't just date for 2 years and then decide the other was a mistake. Was he upset when he said this?
Hope everything turns out for the good.

ummm you need to leave him. he was as much of a mistake and such a waste of time. move on find a new boyfriend that adores you. If you were such a big mistake why did he stay with you for so long? it sucks but go out and have fun forget about him.

My husband has also said this to me a million times. Since you two are just dating then you should leave him and get on with your life. Don't take up nothing as serious as marriage with this loser. Sounds like he's the mistake!

Its his way of telling you he has found someone else, and wants to move on. Or when you started dating he had just broke up with someone else and you came along so he says he settled for you because he couldn't have the other person. Well its his loss. You wasted to years of your life with this idiot. Give him he*l. Make his life miserable. And move on. And be happy and show him how happy you are and waht he gave up and can never have. Good luck.

sometimes when we are angry we say things we really do not mean. If you had a fight then let both of you cool it down before you tell him that his words are hurtful.
If he said that to you, in a spur of the moment, without really getting into a fight, I mean just like that, then as the first one before me said, gather your broken heart on the floor and leave.
He is the mistake if he said that you intentionally.

How can you be a mistake for two years? I don't understand that at all. I think that you need to talk this out with him and find out exactly what he means.
