Who's the superhero/villain that I am thinking of? It's on the tip of my brain, but I can't frigging figure it out.
He's male, long dark hair, facial hair (beard I think), I can't remember if he is a superhero or supervillain. He might have darker skin, I can't remember. (Not black, but not pale as a ghost. Probably hispanic or islander or mixed something)
