has anyone ever had this wart like thing between their nostrils and it hurts so much. if so wat is it?

yes I've had it.

very painful.

had to go to the doctor and get oral antibiotics to get rid of it.

check with your doctor or dematologist...we can't see it to know exactly what you are talking about. there a possibility it could be a cyst/pimple.
