The site has been blocked using website blocker software. But when I am trying to unblock the blocked website it is not being unblocked. I tried it a lot and finally got on to www.unblocker.org, still the problem is not solved in toto.

Most website blockers block ipaddresses or domain name. What www.unblocker.org does is it acts like a proxy by downloading all the pictures and webpages and forwarding it to you. The only problem is that your blocker may also block www.unblocker.org which is actually pimper.org(a domain name probably blocked). I don't know the manufactuer of yhour website blocker, so I can't help.

That would depend entirely on the software being used. Without knowing what it is I could only recommend uninstalling the software or trying to use a proxy server to get around it. Though depending on the software the proxy might not work.

1.) you need to supply more details.
Site? Software? What you've tried? Who installed it? Why?
2.) you need to think about WHY it's blocked.
3.) maybe you need to accept that it's blocked and find something else to do.
