if a professional didn't get it out, you won't. i'd say try peroxide or bleach, but i'm gonna assume the cleaner tried that. you'll probably just have to recarpet or use an area rug to cover that spot.

ask a professional carpet cleaner to use a hot iron to get it out it only works with red stains so it should help it. try white vinegar when ever you stain your carpet it makes it a lot easier to get out...good luck

i don't know if this will work, but i'll tell you this. hydrogen peroxide is one way that i think nurses get it off their clothes. but try it in an area that won't be seen if it bleaches the rug out.
i also HIGHLY recommend a product sears carries (among other stores) called Capture. it got out dog urine stains that i have had for years......... really quite amazing, and i've tried everything.

if the pros couldn't it will just be easier to replace . any thing like bleach will permanently discolor the rug . you could try instagone if you can find it . or have the carpet dyed blood red

'the blood is innocent'? That's exactly what a guilty person would say!
There are companies that specialize in crime scene clean up. Not saying it's a crime scene, but they would probably be able to help you. ;)
