For the Sims Deluxe, what is the second disc (CD 2)? When I got it, it came with 2 CDs.

when i got my version, it was a 'sims creator'. You desgin clothes and faces for your sims

The second CD is a CD for the sims creator where you can make your own clothes, your own faces for your sims child or adult. It is really good!

It is mostly game data for when you are installing the game. Disk 1 is the play disc.

When you're installing the sims to your computer you need it. Its going to say insert disk 2.

Its just an continuation of the first disc to put on your computer. Nothing special really.
