There's a guy at my office that I cannot stand. He is arrogant, loud, judgemental and rude. He drenches himself in collogne every day so I have to hold my breath when he walks past. I tried saying hello to him when I first started, and he'd grunt if I got any response at all. He moved to a desk near a friend of mine, and when she tried to introduce herself, he snorted "BUSY!" and that was all the interaction they ever had. A really noxious weed grows around here, and it has a smell that will literally make you retch. I've occassionally thought of pulling a bunch of it up, and stashing it in his cubicle somewhere he can't find it. His photo is posted on the office bulletin board, and I've fantasized about drawing horns on it and blackening out the teeth. I give money for him to be transferred to another continent!

I work with a crazy drama queen. She's always telling way too many personal details about her life, and bursting into tears on cue. She is also manic. When she's in a good mood, she's not bad to deal with, but she's crazy happy. When she's in a "down" mood, WATCH OUT!! She is so negative and scary. Every new perosn who comes to work with us is scared to work with her. It's so bizarre and unprofessional.

If I had the opportunity, i would love to get rid of her because she is miserable to work with and nobody likes her, but I can't ignore the fact that she is good at her job, and the guests do really like her and the service she provides. ( I work in a hotel). If they only knew the monster that she can be.

One good place to start is by a shielding spell. Imagine a mirror that reflects outward surrounding you. This will help negative energies sent at you to bounce back. If waiting for the negativity that will be bounced back will take too long, there is the sugar bowl and freezer spells. Sugar bowl spell is very simple. Write the person's name on a piece of paper while thinking about sweetening their manner towards you and place the paper in some sugar and leave it there. Freezer spell is just as simple only, while writing the person's name think about the actions you want them to stop. Then put the paper into a working freezer.

YES when i started here about 2 months ago John owned the company and Sharon was his second in command. well now he has sold the company and has moved from the president of the company to vice president of marketing and she is only a back office worker. both of them still think they can tell everyone what to do and do whatever it is they want to do when in fact they could be fired at any moment. everyone in the office would get rid of them if we could. they are just taking up space that could be used for much better purposes.

You know what I do with people like that? not only do I learn to like them somewhat, but I even befriend them. Usually, when you reach out you end up making the biggest change, be it at work, or just in that area of your life and it's always positive. Give it a try... tell me how it goes.

Not exactly miserable, but uncomfortable. We all avoid him. We would love for him to quit.
