one of my closest friends wants to come to my house on my birthday but she doesnt know that it is actually my birthday ...!!!

If you want to let a friend know that it's your birthday, then brush the topic up briefly. Like for instance if she asks what you are doing on that day, then say something like 'I'm going birthday shopping'. If you bring it up casually, then she won't feel guilty that she forgot. If she apologizes for forgetting, then you guys can make plans for your special day and do something together. She'll even probably get you something really cool as a gift to apologize futhermore. I'm sure she'll mark your birthday on her calendar next time!

Tell them that it's your birthday about a month before your birthday, then wait for the day, and then wait to see if she remebered.

tell her that your haveing a party with some friends and ask her if she wants to come girls are more into casual parties than birthday parties. 10 year olds invite chicks to birthday parties.

Tell her early...you never know maybe she might sneak a surprise on you and an awesome gift. Think about it...just don't tell her my advice or you won't get it. ;]

I just tell them. I also tell them what i want. My friends and I are upfront with one another.... Just tell them and hint that you would like a really cool present LOL

I would just tell them, lol. It's not weird or anything. Just be like,
"Heyguesswhat?! IT'S MAH BIRFDAY!!!" And everyone'll be happy and joyfulness.
