Life is an eternal end--a paradox in terms because it is eternal, it will have no end. There are different stages. There is our mortal existence, the part we are in now. But life itself has existed forever, and is an eternal continuum. It depends what you actually mean by life, for it can also have different meanings.

Life is a journey, an old clichè I know, but it is. We ultimately decide what path we wan't to travel. Life will always be that journey, there is really no capstone or finish line marking our completion; there is no end destination or goal point; there is only progress, the promise of always being able to become better. Isn't true that the more a person knows, the more you don't know. How can there possibly be a point where all answers are there, where we have all knowledge and wisdom and adequately use it, how can we possibly come to a point where we simply are just 'there'...isn't there always somewhere else to keep moving toward? So I would believe that life is much more than a finite beginning and end. I would believe that life really never began and will never end. This is a difficult concept for any of us here on this earth to understand as we live in a third demension, and too many of us live in the second demension, to boot, in our 2-demensional TV society. But I believe that there are different dimensions where time is not as relevant as it is here.

Perhaps one day we will reach that demension and reach for something else. I really don't know. We just keep moving forward one step at a time, on that never-ending journey we are all in together. That journey of life where we all need and depend and must help one another. That journey where we must plot the course and plan the roadstops and know what to do in case of detour. A journey we must begin a bit blind and find the right roadmap to along the way. Life is not about any one person...because would we consider it life to exist in an isolated room with no knowledge of anything or anyone?

There's a saying which goes something like this: Bread cast on the waters comes back to you. The good deed you do today may benefit you or someone you love at the least expected time. If you never see the deed again at least you will have made the world a better place - And, after all, isn't that what life is all about?

The hardest thing to learn in life is which bridge to cross and which -- To burn .

thus, life in itself is a mystery we all are still searching for... its definition differs for each of us, but we all agree that life is life itself....

Here's my thoughts-

When you think about it, life is all about the pleasures. You have a loving family, you have fun with your friends at the pool, you read a good book. So guess, if you don't have something happy in your life, something needs to change, or it's not worth living. So maybe life is the good and the bad, and either your life is good or it's bad. Breathing and eating can't be what life's about. What do you think?

Life is like a river in the morning.
Life is like a horizon in the distant seas.
Life is touch and go.
Life assumes that nothing stays the same.
Life is to be loved..And to be loved is Life itself.
Life has to end as it was to begin.
Life is the partner of Death. just as Death the partner of Life. The two must co-exist.

So my point is..We have just one chance of Life in this world and nothing more so make good use of ur life, coz in the end regrets are inevitable.

Life is a journey from birth to death. It is a maintenance of a dynamic state in pursuit of fulfillment which is essential for the act, dignity and joy of living. Life has two components that of the physical, corporeal being, and that of the spiritual soul.

Biologically, it is a process by which organisms process food and chemically change it into things they use to repair damage, and give them the ability to re-produce. There are more details but seeing as you put this in philosophy...

...it means you ain't dead yet.

Now you just need to figure out WHY you live, not just that you are alive.
