I would be tempted to use the power for evil things like stealing and framing stuff on other people i didn't like. but yes i would also become a voyeur as well, what better way to get info to blackmail people with.

I would use it as a super power. become an Xman to help others and make the world safer. There's enough voyeurism already with all of the eyes in the sky and with Big Brother monitoring everything we do.

By it's virtue being invisible will make you a voyeur no matter what you're looking at.
The idea of looking at people without their knowledge of you looking at them makes you a voyeur.
