She is doing it as a power play. This is just one of many techniques women use to gain control over a man: she denies you something that you want/need. It's not a matter of you going #2 that deprives her of anything, its her way of establishing precedent to have control over what you do.
What she is saying is, "I am denying you from doing #2 by giving you an erection".
This is a warning sign of the control she will exert over every aspect of your life.
I mean, come ON, man! She is basically telling you when you can't go to the bathroom!
It's either that, or she thinks it's cute to mess with you like that. But I think it's a power play on her part. All American women nowadays do that stuff.
Reco0gnize it for what it is: a warning sign that she is going to try and establish herslf as the one who wears the pants.
Recognize when she's doing such power plays and completely disregard her self-imposed authority. Sure, you'll fight about it, but at least you don't end up handing her your dick.
Be a man and tell her to knock it off!

She does this as a sick cruel joke.
Solution: rub her spot and when she has to take a #2. Now as she sits on the toilette, she will be all damp, smelly, and uncomfortable.

She's bluffing. She wants you to think she really wants it bad at that moment, knowing that you can't perform when you have to go pot pot. It's the same as a woman getting you aroused when you have to be at work in ten minutes. It's a bluff. A game of sorts.
