depends on the policy of the store/mall/city you live in. i'd call the store first and go from there.

Nope it shouldn't be a problem especially with big sotres like Toys R Us, Ebgames, Gamestop...they wouldn't mind. O and to XenonAudio please shut up you just want your 2 precious points. no one actually does that any more...you get more quick responces by atually ASKING!! Whats the name of this site again man?? Its not "Go look for it on another site because XenonAudio doesn't have enough time" I hate people that are too lazy and do that all the time. Or they put "Use Picassa" on every Camera topic.

Yeah, but it wouldn't be too much fun. Its actually happened before, but I wouldn't recommend it. Plus you might get kicked out for "trespassing" or "loitering." What I would recommend is to plan on driving to the store maybe an hour before it opens and waiting safely in your car until someone opens the store.

Probably not, there are laws against sleeping in the street, check the city codes and at the store before trying it or you could be arrested.
