You use a photoshop program and STRRETCH the picture vertically. Yahoo! only has a horizontal limit, no vertical limit.

if you mean how to changed icons, heres how
right click on the icon>properties>change icon>then browse the icon you.

ps: not all icons can be change, you change executable icons, or executable icon shortcuts.
