Yes you can pass more then 2 as long as you stay in the passing zone and you're not interfering with the rest of traffic.

if you are in a pass zone, and it is safe, ( nothing coming ) yes it is legal, in fact you can pass as many as you want

it depends on the state, but in most states, if there isnt a reasonable amount of space inbetween them then yes. If there is enough room pass one get back into the lane and then safely pass then other
