Is it normal that the first time that u wear a tampon, u feel like it would not go in at all and that ur small, then how do u get it in??

Yes,at first they where very uncomfortable.Get a smaller size and read the instructions,they tell you to relax when you insert it.

It sounds like your not inserting it right, or your really tense. You need to just relax. Try standing with one leg propped up on the toilet lid and slide the applicator in your vagina,angle it so it's going in an UPWARD position. If your dry, that may make it harder to get in. So, just wet the applicator with some water or try turning it a little. It'll take a little practice. But you'll get the hang of it. Also, make sure your inserting it in the right "hole".

Make sure your muscles are relaxed. If they're tense, it'll be hard to put it in and it will hurt a lot. If that doesn't work, maybe try smaller tampons (and just change them out frequently).

It is normal. You have muscle in your vagina and that is the resistance. You need to relax and make sure you are inserting it in the proper direction, usually slightly tilted back. You remove it by gently pulling on the cord which you leave on the outside of you. Again, you relax to do that too.

relax, take it slow *your probably tight down there* lubricate the tampon and stick it in *if you have cramps and discomfort on the first few days of ur period DO NOT USE A TAMPON... makes the cramps worse.. and dats wat it says on the little pamphlet that comes with them *Tampax*

Yes, that is normal. Try slender fits or "made for teens" tampons.

just try to pee before you put it in also i tink at first just the small size first.... before you pull the carton or plastic out just try to put it in more.... it will not hurt you and eventually you will get used to it!! and is way better than the other pads...
