they are not huge wounds, just just stuff that wont go away, im diabetic, and stuff takes a while to go away, but i pick at it, not even knowing im doing it, ive tried everything...any suggestions...neosporen dosent work quickly enough

diabetics can only use certain creams on their skin, you should have your specialist prescribe something for your wounds/scabs

First quit your picking. Then apply pure zinc oxide which you can get at any drugstore. It works better than anything I've tried.

Silvadene Cream--Hands Down! I am a RN and we often use it on our patients @ the hospital. You will need a Rx for it though....
