Can u suggest a solution for Srilankan racial war?

Hundreds of innocent people,kids are killed brutaly every day in North Srilanka by army

A person who loves his country (in the real sense of the term) will not like to see precious blood of his country men (be it Tamils or Singalese) shed. He should be creative not destructive.This war if continued is going to prolong till the world ends.ONLY I am damn sure a peaceful dialogue can solve this crisis.NOT this bloody war.I caution SriLankan economy will really worsen If this war is prolonged.Please I beg the world community to take drastic action to persuade a meaningful dialogue with the waring fractions to put an immediate end to the blood shed.
