Yes. I'd get his plates. That's really dangerous. That's as bad as drunk driving, there is no blood left in that guy's brain! I'm serious, when he ejaculates, there are going to be several extremely long seconds when he might as well be asleep or completely drunk. Yes, I would definately call them. That is so dangerous.

Unfortunately it'd be hard to prove. He'd probably be done before the cops got there. They wouldn't be able to catch him in the act. But I guess they could make a report for next time. So yeah I guess I would! Then I'd call all my friends!!!!

Yes...that's indecent exposure. A guy was parked next to me one day at the mall and he was doing the same thing. I took down his license number and called the police. What if I had kids with me and they saw that. Give me a break...if ya gotta whack it, go home and do it!

If he was leering at me while doing it, hell yeah, and I'd be writing down his license plate number to give to the cops when I call. If he was just minding his own business, looking straight ahead, I still might for safety reasons (orgasms can be distracting!), but I wouldn't be as likely to.

I've seen that but honestly I was too shocked to call anyone (didn't have a cell phone anyway). If I saw one now I'd definitely call 911, that's reckless driving.

If it was in plain site, then you can try calling the cops, but with something like that I think they have to be "caught in the act" by the cops.
Kinda shitty, but its your word against theirs.
