Inspirational Scene in a Chick Flick?

I'm looking for something rather specific. Something from a movie where a girls energy was contageous and she led sortof a revolution amongst her peers. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, Julia Roberts in Mona Lisa Smile is a prime example. Just a movie where girls kick *** basically, but where one girl's enthusiasm leads the other girls to follow in her footsteps.

In 'Calendar Girls' there is a character like this who encourages the rest of her mature friends to do the unexpected for a good cause. Not quite as revolutionary as Mona Lisa smile however - more gutsy, but it's still inspirational.
