Until the new member icon goes away. For that to happen, you must have a significant number of transactions (25 - 50 or so) and lots of positive feedback. Don't forget to leave or send feedback! This determines your eBay credibility to other members - and that's what counts. Start off with a number of lower cost items to build your rep. Starting off with high-ticket items with an unknown seller won't get you anywhere. Be patient, buyers will come. If you are a buyer, be prompt with your payment and contact the seller immediately after the sale to get shipping costs. Good luck!
