Car four years old or older cannot remember replacing the battery live in hot climates. Get a new battery put in. Here in Texas two years is all it takes to ruin a battery. Water evaporates and cells go dry battery fails. Get a battery with filler holes/caps and keep some distilled water to fill the battery with under the sink

Your alternator has to run at road speed to charge your battery. If you run the battery down too far, the alternator will struggle to recharge it. Buy a $35 battery charger and charge it up.

maybe your alternator is defective also you need to check the condition of your battery. a load test will determine if you need a battery. and as for the alt/ take it to a shop.
