im relly quiet and even kinda shy around my firends to why am i like that...im not being abused or anything. people are always asking why i dont talk..its because i dont know wut to talk about. i feel like im a relly boring person and i have low self esteem. wut do i do?

I'm shy too. I'm in 6th grade. I would start conversations so you do know what to talk about. Ask like what they did this summer or weekend. What movies they saw. Let things go where they may. People will like you a lot better when you talk. Trust me.

You can change by observing people you admire, then emulating them. It helps if you pretend you are an actor, and you are acting the role of an extrovert, just for an hour or two at a time.

some people really like those who are shy, because they need someone to listen to them. being shy isn't always a bad thing. as for your self esteem, hang out with people who like you for who you are and your self esteem will soon sky rocket

don't worry. Im really quiet and sort of a bookworm. you make friends who understand you by talking. Talking is good for you.
