Go see a Dermatologist-they have wonderful products now that work-some home remedies are Pro-Active-can order from TV Commercials-seems to work. Use Witch hazel with Aloe Vera-can buy at any health food store-after you clean your face-mild soap like Dove (face soap only-use different soap for rest of body) in the AM and before you go to bed PM) use with hazel-dab on pimples if back shoulders and so on but dab all over on the face-moisten cotton pad and doesn't take much,and do not rinse off but leave on. Can also use the brown vinegar-buy at health food store and do the same thing-the vinegar smell will go away in about 10minutes but also works to dried up pimples-acts as a antiseptic. Whatever you do-DO NOT pick, for that spreads pimples and can worsen into acne and can also scar your skin.Never pick anything on your face-fingers have a lot of bacteria and when you pick you put on skin and into bloodstream-pimple is inflamed pore that goes down into bloodstream. I'd go to a Dermatologist or I'd try the PRO_ACTIVE. Good Luck-do not pick.

hi im 12 year old and hav tons of pimples and since i dont want so much chemicles i DONOT use proactiv, i think thats for older teens (14-18) yahso i use neutrogena oil free acne wash and it doesnt get rid of ALL you know but it does help!

I use Proactiv but it can make your skin very dry. It just depends on your skin.
Don't squeeze or pick at them.
