i have to be better by 5.30am saturday its my secound shift at work i cant go in sick. im a baker.

Eat grapes, take a lot of vitamin C and zinc, and drink LOTS of fluids - especially fruit juices - avoid caffeine.

There is a product called 'Airborne' it works well.
