Whoa, there are doctor of divinity programs that ask more simple questions.
Christians are followers of Jesus Christ. They believe that Jesus died for their sins.
He arose on the third day and ascended into heaven where he sits on the right hand of God. There is something called the trinity which is God, the father, Jesus , the son and the holy ghost or holy spirit.
Christianity began after Christ's death in Isreal. His disciples went to many parts of the world in that time , St. Peter went to Rome, St . Paul to Greece . However Jesus asked all his disciples to be fishers of men and preach God's word to all people.
Christians celebrat the birth of Christ, which they do on Dec. 25. There are lots of theories as to why December, it's tied into the Pagan and Wicca rituals of Winter Solstice.
The next major date in the church is the Easter Celebration. It begins with Palm Sunday, the day Christ rode into Jerusalem and was hailed by one and all but watched by the pharisee, the elders in the jewish religion. They did not believe Jesus was the son of God or the Messiah , mentioned in the old testament. Jews today still do not believe that the Messiah has come.
Anyway on thurs of Holy Week, that is the day of the last Supper just before Jesus was arrested and taken to be tried by Pontius Pilot, kind of the like Jewish governor.
The mob of citizens who hailed him the sunday before all demanded Jesus be cruxified along with another common robber. A second robber was saved his sentence commuted. This day is known as Good Friday, although personally I never thought anything good happened on that day.
Christians spend time in church that day and Roman Catholics who are technically Christians do the Stations of the Cross which is the way Jesus took on his way to his cruxifiction.
On the third day,Sunday , the stone was rolled away from the tomb where his mother Mary and Mary Magdelene and the disciples had laid him after they took him down from the cross. Jesus had survived the cross and showed himself to the disciples . Then he ascended into heaven. This is a Christian celebration. Triumph over death.
There are numerous Christians, Roman Catholics, Lutherans, Martin Luther separated from the Roman Church in the mid 1500s because he didn't believe in the infalibility of the Pope, the Anglicans or Episcipalians, Methodists, the Baptists, the fundamentalist churches, pentacostal, Church of Christ etc., the Mormons who believe in Jesus but also in their leader Jos. Smith and a hole slew of other back to the bible literalists around the world.
I'll let the bible scholars deal with the texts for you and anyone else who'd like to tackle the rest of the churches. No screaming about my interpretations , think of this as the cliff notes version of christianity.

There are no ethics in Christianity.
That's been made apparent over the past 2000 years.
