Good question, it is just a campaign thing. The Bush administration has increased the debt and the budget deficit more then any other administration in history. And yet when he did his tax cuts he cut the taxes of the top 5% of the people and then run on that. It is just another example why Repuglcans should not be allowed to run for office or should be a distant third party at best.

First, what's happened to Joe Allbaugh's hair? That's the worst hairstyle ever invented! I know the Democrats would tax his hair for being a visual pollutant.
I don't know if these people are qualified for their jobs or not. Harriet Myers is fine being a lower court judge, but not a Supreme Court Justice. Julie Myers is fine being in charge of immigration because it's clear that Bush couldn't care less about doing anything about illegal immigration, so who cares who's in charge.
The truth is cronyism (typical Democrat wordby the way..I don't know why they love this word so much..this one and "______monger". warmonger, hatemonger, monger , monger, monger Democrats can't get enough of using this word. They seem to absolutely love it.) has been going on forever. That doesn't make it right, but I think it's kind of understandable. When you get in a position of power, you want to appoint people that you know and trust. With so many positions it's gotta be tough to come up with qualified people that you also know and trust.
Bush really isn't a pure conservative. He's spending out of control and not enforcing the border protection laws. I often hope he's just acting like he's dumb to fool the enemies. He sure is a great actor, eh?
