I had in love this guy for 3month or 4months, i felt i want to tell my feels to him. But i am so afraid he doesn't love me or like me. Cuz his older then me by 7 years and i am only 19. I work the same job as him and so on his my friend too, I love him & care for him alot. But in the end he know's that i admire him. But why doesn't he tell me he admire's me too? does he felt so nervous or shy? to say it out. I know i felt rush to love now i am so lonely. I didn't hungout a guy since i was 13years old. ='(

Go on and tell him. You are both adults. But don't let the friendship stop if he doesn't feel the same for you.
Life is all about taking chances so if you let an opportunity pass you bye you WILL be lonely in the end.

having relationships with people that you work with makes it real hard because if you split up, you still have to deal with that person every day because you work together.
he is older and probably knows this. if he already knows how you feel, he is not going to act on it, so this means either he isnt interested in you or he doesnt want to loose his job. also he might already have a girl that he does care about.
just flirt a little and see if he ever says anything. let him make the first move.

Sounds like a smart guy in not wanting to get involved with a co worker. Having a relationships with a co-worker can only lead to trouble. You will realize this when you grow up.
