The same. The commonality of motives of the few ultimately leads to the benefit of the many within the presumption of competition. Sort of a perverse way of looking at thieves ultimately becoming Robin Hoods when there's too much of them. Problem is when that band of few decides to become a cartel that 'they' suddenly becomes 'it'.
