It is minty green with America's first president located left side and mid-ways, 1 cent at the bottom, George Washington and 1789-1797 in the middle in very small print with United States Postage located at the top-right coner.

This stamp was the one-cent value of the issue of 1954-1968 and was printed in enormous quantities. Because of the vast supply, it is not a valuable stamp. If it is unused, it is worth 1c for postage. Or give it to a child who would like to start a stamp collection.

I hate to tell you this, but it's worth 1 cent. That stamp, as far as I know is still in production.
