I had bought a tool that can remove them locking lug nuts. Is better with air tools though to get them off. Its called a lugnut remover. I had bought at Pep boys. Maybe able to find similar at other autoparts stores.

It happen to my friend car and he found a cheap way to do this. You bring the car to muffler place and ask the guy to weld a regular nut at the end of your lug nut, and use the new nut to remove the lug nut. try it with one nut first it should work.

Use a nutsplitter or a Dremel too with a cutoff wheel coming in from the right and left. Be careful not to cut too deeply; you don't want to cut off or into the threaded stud. Fortunately, you can see exactly what you are doing. It's not that difficult.
