The vision m is the bestplayer on the market,better colour resolution ( 265000 colours) than the ipod(65000 colours).better battery life 4.5 hours video compared to ipod (1.5 hours).The creative has extras such as built in fm radio and 10 hour voice recorder.You also have to think that if you buy an ipod you are forced to use itunes and the prices they set for content.Other players can use other subscription services which offer better deals.Lest not forget that creative were they first company to start making mp3 players

The Zen vision is better than the Ipod and lasts longer too!!! I have one...ITs much better trust me.....

well it depends on what you want it for... i use mine for videos music and that such my ipod works great... if you want it strictly for movies then i would go with the zen because it plays more than just one video file. ipod just plays the mp4 the zen plays all the popular ones.
