Yes. They have 3 stomachs, and another one makes it a total of 4.
At UC Davis, they perform a procedure called "fistulating," that adds a porthole to one of the stomachs, so the veterinary medicine students there can administer medicines and check the stomach contents without having to "reopen" the cow. The technician just sticks their arm in through that yellow porthole and mucks about inside until the job is done.

That is what I remember reading. Cows have complex stomachs and are needed to digest all the hay into different levels.

try four but yes cows have four stomaches. How does it work, well basically, the cow eats and swollows its food into its first of four stomaches, the cow then basically throws up its digested food into its mouth, that throw up is then chewed up by the cow (chewing the cud) and is then swollowed into its next stomache which further digests the food. kinda gross but hey what ever works right?
