Even though on my driver's license it names the state of Ohio, I have learned to live in a calm state of mind and body most of the time.
I do this by categorizing life... If something arises that is a matter of life and death literally, I handle that as an emergency. Everything else is small stuff, and I have learned not to sweat the small stuff.
I also live by the motto, "Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part."
