i wouldnt recommend it. tiaras especially not. tiaras are normally only at very very formal dances or even only at prom. the dress sounds pretty but the blue extensions might actually clash.
if you are all ready dead set on this blue dress then trying spicing it up with all silveer accessories. silver shoes, handbag, earrings and maybe a bracelet. necklaces you should normally not do because the tend to look heavy and unbalanced if you wear the wrong one.

Hi
Navy blue says "classic" to me, however, is the dress classic or trendy? Is your style classic or trendy? J Crew or Hot Topic? If you are classic, you may regret it later on. I struggle with this as I am artistic but tend to dress conservatively. However, I am glad I opted for a certain black and white tulle dress one time, instead of wearing my mom's pink and green daisy dress from 1969! If you are trendy and very self-expressive, go for it. Make sure your jewelry compliments either style, perhaps pearls or sapphires with a classic look or funky vintage jewelry for a trendy look. You can go to the Estee Lauder counter if you go classic, or the MAC counter (so fun!!!) if you go trendy! I would choose either the extensions or tiara, not both. If you do wear the tiara, keep jewelry super-simple. Either way, feel like a princess, and have a great time!

The extensions sounds cool. Add the sparkle to the extensions instead of a tiara.'

I like the dress, I like the hair, but BLUE? No stick with natural...don't like the whole tiara thing..that seems really conceded, unless its like a headband tiara kind, other than that, just say NO! Okay, good luck!

Ok Tiaras only should be worn if you are a princess/queen/if you won a pageant ...etc. not to a dance ......and please do not get blue extensions. & I recommend maybe a pink dress then put your hair up like in a perfect place then put a little cute pin to hold it.
