i have had this vaginal discharge for almost 20 years. Wear pantiliner 24/7. Doctors find nothing wrong, just something I have to live with. But there has to be a cure or something I can take or do to finally rid of it.

Unfortunately, it is probably just normal discharge. Some women have more than others. The pantiliners may exacerbate it because your vaginal tissue may be trying to moisturize itself and your pantiliners are soaking up the moisture instead...but, in reality, probably nothing will change it much (except menopause). You should wear cotton underwear and not use harsh soaps (or any soaps) on the area in the shower.

I have the same problem but I just consider it normal for me. I do wear pantiliners although as Ive gotten older it seems to be less (Im 34 and have 2 kids). Just keep up with heygine and your yearly gyno appointments and let you dr know its normal for you. If you suspect a problem at some point see your Dr but it can be perfectly normal for some women.

If your doctor examined you and said it's ok then dont worry, women normally have a small amt of discharge, usually clear to a creamy color and may get slightly thinner/thicker during certain times of the menstrual cycle, usually infection will cause that discharge to change color, foul odor, and dicomfort. Although there are some infections that could be asyptomatic so taht is why it is always recommended to have regular check ups.

have you been to a gyne? or urologist? If you have had a discharge for 20 yrs there should be something someone can do. You just need to find the right doctor.

Some women have more of a discharge than others and it still can be normal; continue to keep your doctor informed on your condition.

try not to use soaps in that area
change your liners frequently so you dont get an infection
and go yearly to the gyno
if you've had this, this long, you should know that it is normal for you and there is nothing wrong with you. just your own natural wetness, bet you never need the k.y!

Do you suffer from either Ulcerative Colitis or Chron's disease? It could be caused from a fistula. That is an adnormal opening between two areas (either from your bladder or rectum). That could be the cause of this problem.
