NOT FAIR! My wife get occasional PMS. I really understood it better when my aunt told me. "I know we get crazy, but our emotions are REAL TO US!" That's the whole key.

Men don't understand PMS, because they don't have to go through it. Men were never meant to experience PMS, but women were, because we can go through something painful like having PMS, or having a baby, and still live through it. Guys would probably crash under the pressure. And that's why women are stronger than men, and the backbone of society.

I am a woman and I don't understand PMS! I don't suffer from it. I'm not saying that ALL women do this, but alot of times I have seen female friends of mine ACT LIKE TOTAL B****ES, just because they had had the "crutch" of "PMS" to blame it on!! NO WONDER MEN DON'T BELIEVE OR UNDERSTAND IT! Alot of times, women take that time of the month as an excuse to be a BITC*!!

We understand parts of it more than the women do. Like the effect it has on other people. We just don't like what PMS does to a normally nice person.

We do. Or atleast some of us do. I think that the majority of men don't really give a crap about it, so they don't learn about it. But some caring men do, they see ways that will help ease the pain. Icy-hot ointment works for my girlfriend. I also know what happens to the female body when it goes through the mentral cycle. Don't worry, not all guys are retards.
