,a daily diet of pizza, hamburgers, snickers bars and a milkshake to wash it all down should do the trick. repeat about 3 times daily, and don't forget to have something fried and greasy before you go to bed, it will give you a beautiful pimply complexion, plus wondeful cellulite waves..

For your behind, do squats and other exercises that target the glutes.
As for widening the hips, not much can be done... except natural childbirth.
