There may have been one slightly behind you, police radar guns and equipment and pick up items by the reflextion of the radar signal they send out, the difference in the speed of this signal returning tells them the speed of the object that reflexs that signal the best.
So if you are in a Honda car and there is a semi truck about 100 ft behind you, the radar gun will most likely pick up the truck not you, since it will find the greater mass depending on the distance from it.
So the officer uses a system, he views the objects that he beleives is speeding, actually he is trained to come fairly close to determining the speed by just looking.
So then he determines who is speeding and about by how much. Also he views other cars in the area and who is the fastest car, perhaps you are pulling away slightly from that large truck, and he radars that large truck, he knows since he sees you pulling away that you are going faster than that.
Or perhaps he just wanted to write you a ticket and is lying, either way you will never prove he did not clock you.

good GRIEF, NO!! you opt to inform the police what is going on and get some suggestion! even possibly animal proctective league! you're truly going to ought to save an eye fixed on that little guy, or they are going to come across a fashion to wreck it. they attempt to interrupt YOU by technique of harming the canine. right that's yet another challenge: there is also the threat that they could drop some posioned food over into your fence that your canine might want to devour, and also you doesn't even recognize. (i recognize, because we've lengthy undergone this with some creepy friends) The most secure ingredient you may do is bypass out such as your canine ON A LEASH each and every time he desires to bypass out. i recognize that's an absolute discomfort in the butt, yet i do not see you've a decision. they're out to get you. because you've in uncomplicated words had the canine a couple of minutes, it may be more effective common to easily provide it to some different person the position she might want to be threat-free. i recognize it may be SO not person-friendly, yet looking her useless from poisioning or a beating willl be a lot more effective annoying. And if there is any danger you may flow, actually evaluate it. I heavily doubt this difficulty receives any more effective efficient. We were fortunate that OUR troublemakers moved. in the adventure that they hadn't, we'd want to've. you won't be able to have self assurance how scary issues can get. There are some actual psychotic human beings available!

I was once told by a friend that you can actually ask to see the scan gun that they used. I'm sorry I can't remember what you look for, but I know that the gun keeps the last speed that it clocked. Plus, all of those cars have video cameras on them, so if it gets to court, you can have the footage reviewed if you've got a good lawyer.

Ok. Fight it in court. The key is to break the chain of evidence. Sounds like police officer was mistaken.
