Just look up AdwareSE Spybot search and destroy those are some of the good free ones. The BEST anti spy ware imo is Ewido. Also go ahead and download Highjack this. In rare circumstances this can come in handy.
Trust me everyone has that AdwareSE stuff it don't find the serious bugs. Ewido's engine targets some of the more serious bugs. Each spy program's engine is made to look for particular "tags" that signify a possible bug. So there is no ONE that can solve it all...well least not yet. So having a few will help.
Getting spy ware blaster is also a must it will help prevent infection.

Well I really telll u to use the best spyware of the world and i tested it reallly worked to be a good and excellent one . SPyware doctor is the award wining spyware . u can get it from www.pctools.com
And Other is WIndows Defender For which u need an ORIGINAL XP or VISTA KEY since it undergoes a windows Validation check. U can get it frm www.microsoft.com
The Other is LAVASOFT ADware which is the best of all. u can get it frm google search since i dont know the site exactly.

I'll assume that you mean good programs that protects you from spyware/adware.
Yes, there is a good, free adware/spyware removal software out there called Ad-Aware. Works like a charm. =)

"Spybot Search and Destroy" for spyware.
"Ad Aware SE" for adware.
I forgot their web addresses, so go to yahoo search and
type the names listed above.
These work, but I'm not sure if they're enough.

I use ad-aware. You tell it to scan and it finds potential harmful things and things that may not pose a threat. When it is done I delete everything it finds. I think it works well. It is free. Every 14 days or so I have it check for virus updates for it to download so that it will perform to it's max. Hope this helps.

k kid here is what you do go to this site: http://www.ewido.net/en/download/ DL ewido run it do all the updates run a scan 2 or 3 times once you finished this go to this website: http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3405-8022-5153545.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5 you should be abel to DL lavasoft ad-aware this is a great program for adaware ... before you install it uninstall ewido then run lavasoft ad-aware... make sure to only have one spyware / adaware program at a time good luck if this dont work find your self spybot and run that a few times

All of the ones posted here are total junk. I highly recommend you download SUPERantispyware. It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.
