You need a form filler. Both Firefox and Opera web browsers come with a form filler but Internet Explorer does not. However, many popular toolbars for IE have a form filler feature. The Google toolbar (toolbar.google.com) is one example and another is Windows Live toolbar. You might also try AI Roboform, which has both a form filler and a password manager. You can find all these toolbars by using Google search.

Personally, I use RoboForm, a nifty little tool that I used to replace the Gator program from long ago (because it was flooded with ad-ware...) You could check RoboForm Free out. RoboForm also remembers passwords for you.
You might also check the auto form filling feature of the Google Toolbar out. I've never actually used the feature myself but it should also do a pretty decent job. Obviously, Google Toolbar also lets you to search for things conveniently.
Both of the above tools can be integrated with IE and Firefox. Hope this helps!

Auto-complete. Tools-> Internet options-> Content Tab-> under personal info.
But it might not be a good idea since if you fill out a form to buy something your card data would be available every time you would have to fill out a form to. Although you could clear it also.

Go to Tools, Click Internet Options, click Content tab, click AutoComplete and then select the forms you want to be able to autocomplete.
