i really don't think that you can feel your baby's heart beating....it could be your own pulse maybe because your heart beats faster when you are pregnant.

i'm 19.5 weeks pregnant and that i don't experience a large number of flow purely now and again. i think kicks tho and my infant is totally wide-spread. It relies upon on the man. Get a ultrasound to verify the newborn is okay. in my opinion it truly is i'd not worry till there are extreme warning signs of miscarriage/ or heart preventing.

The hearbeat that you are feeling is your own. And if you're laying on your back, more than likely that's what's picking up the pace.

You can feel the baby move more when you're laying down - depending on how far along you are. It is impossible to feel the baby's heartbeat, at all.

You can't feel the heartbeat but you can feel the baby move at around 14 weeks or later.

i am the one confused. are u asking if you are pregnant? or do you know you are pregant and wondering if that's why your heart is beating faster at night?? if you are not sure if your pregnant, your heart is probably beating fast at night because you are wondering/stressing about whether you are pregnant!! if that's the case, that a test sweetie before you drive yourself crazy.

but if you know you are pregnant, then i am not sure. i do have any kids and can't help with that part :)

No, it's not your baby's heart rate. It's yours. there's a very large artery that runs under your uterus and when lying down the pressure allows you to feel it.

In later stages of pregnancy I used to be able to see my tummy moving in rhythm to my own heart rate.

I don't think so, but I don't know....my son used to get the hiccups and it was very steady like a heartbeat....maybe it is the hiccups.

As your doctor.
