She has a choice to make, her sister or a lust that will probably pass within a few months of getting what she thinks she wants. If her only contact with this boy is when he's with her sister, I can't imagine there's been any deep meaningful connection developing.

She might want to go out with him without hurting her sister's feelings. I would like to have Angelina Jolie's body. Just because you want the impossible doesn't mean you can have it. There is no way to do what she wants without hurting her sister.

Tell her to go out and get her own man.

That is a big no no.
You shouldn't go out with your sister's boyfriend because that is wrong. Even if the boy ends up liking you, you should not take that chance. The boy is trying to play both of you at the same time.
Besides, look for your own man. Don't mess with hers.

There is nothing wrong. Stike a deal with your sister and both of you share the boy friend Odd days you and Even days your sister. If it is not you referring to yourself and it applies to whom so ever you are bothered about.

its stealing to have a date with a family members boy or girlfriend so dont wait till shes over him and then call him up and talk about going out to a movie or to lunch and then if he's into it tell the sister you ran into him and are going out to a movie also if they understand they may warn you about anything gross or wierd about the person

My sister "Anna" was dating "Joe". They broke up, then my sister "Sally" started dating him and eventually married him.
"Anna" and "Sally" don't speak to this day, and "Joe" is always the outcast at every family function. Tell your friend to find another boy to date and leave her sister's boyfriend alone...It's going to hurt her sister if she pursues it.
