i love victoria secret and they have those coupons in the magazines. If i took a couple of the flyers out would that be concidered stealing if i dont pay for the magazine? and could i get arrested or anything else?

Rather than worry about the legal aspects, you should worry about the moral aspects.
People will buy those magazines and maybe they will be upset when they don't get their coupons. Or maybe not. Are you okay with that?

As far as Victoria's is conserned, that's not stealing. You presented the valid coupon for all they care.
As far as that magazine is conserned - well, where did you get the magazine? If someone gave it to you and said "I don't care, you can do whatever you want with it" that's not stealing. If you took the magazine off the shelf in a bookstore and took the coupon that is stealing from the bookstore. I think you can get in trouble for that.

Yeah, I would think that being how the coupons come in the magazine they are part of the purchase price.
If the total amount saved pays for the magazine, there's no real reason to buy it, but if you come out ahead its a good idea

well, it seems like you'll do it anyways because you're just DESPERATE for some VS panties. You've asked people if they have extra coupons under the same "BROOKE" name and lied to people about your 12 year old daughter when you said you're only in HS. Yes, you're stealing and i hope you get caught and you'll be wondering if those VS panties are worth it. Maybe you should explain to yourself that they are JUST panties and you and your imaginary daughter should stop asking people for free coupons and stealing coupons from magazines.

It's stealing since you didn't pay for the magazine, but I don't think you can get arrested for it.

In a sense you are stealing from the person who later buys the magazine. It's not a major crime, but it's not really a nice thing to do.

If you took them out of magazines in a waiting room, then no.
If you took them from magazines on the rack, waiting to be sold, then yes.

You can get free coupons...Just call the company...They sent me a stack of coupons every month while a have V-secret card.
